Getting started

Do I need an account?
No. Build quotes, download PDFs, and share links without signing up. An account saves your company details, clients, and quote history.
Can I download a PDF?
Yes. Use Download PDF in the builder whenever you are ready. The PDF matches the live preview and share page.
Can my client view the quote online?
Yes. Every quote gets a share link. Free links expire after 30 days. Account links stay live permanently.
Can I choose the currency?
Free quotes use pounds (GBP). With an account, set your currency in Business details - GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD. Totals, PDFs, and share links follow that choice.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The builder is designed for on-site use on your phone - add line items, preview, then download or share.

Account & billing

What does the paid account include?
Unlimited quotes, invoices, and clients, saved company profile, client list, quote history, invoice from quote, and permanent share links - £5/month during early access.
How do I manage billing or cancel?
Open Account → Billing → Manage billing. Stripe handles card updates, receipts, and cancellation. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What is early access pricing?
Lock in £5/month for as long as you stay subscribed. After early access, new signups will be £7/month.
Payment failed - what now?
Open Account → Billing → Manage billing and update your card. The app stays locked for paid features until payment succeeds.

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password
Google sign-in does not need a reset - use Continue with Google on the login page. For email accounts, use Forgot password or email hello@simplequo.co.uk from the address on your account.
Google sign-in is missing or fails
Try a private window, check you picked the right Google account, and make sure cookies are allowed for simplequo.co.uk.
A share link says expired or not found
Free share links expire after 30 days. Create a fresh quote or log in and reshare from your saved quotes if you have an account.
Totals or VAT look wrong
Check VAT is toggled correctly on the quote or invoice, line item quantities and rates, and any discount. Business details → company settings control default VAT.
